Organic Cleaning - Keep it Natural
Part of having a home that is environmentally friendly is actually using organic cleaning products rather than one of and endless supply of new man made cleaners which might kill germs, but at what (or whose) expense? There is a three part benefit to reducing the toxic chemicals that we use in our homes, first and foremost is
- a healthy family!
- saving money on excessive products
- safe, cheap and simple cleaners
I don't think that there are too many of us who truly love housework. It is a part of life but I know that all I want to do is get it done efficiently and without using anything toxic that might harm my family.
The rates of auto-immune disease and cancers are increasing all the time, so even though we have access to the latest technology and science, we are poisoning ourselves through our lifestyles- the food we eat, the chemicals we inhale or a combination of the two. The obsession with killing every microbe that might exist on our bench tops is producing a generation of people with asthma,skin irritations and reduced ability to fight disease.
